Just mix to create a sponge that expands about 8 times: 'Human skin gel concentrate foam'

A modeling resin that expands about 8 times just by mixing! It contains air and becomes fluffy like a sponge, making it perfect for creating original goods and figures!

This is a foam material that expands approximately 8 times just by mixing. It foams in a short time of 10 to 15 minutes, and coloring is also possible. It is the original liquid for creating "human skin gel," which is ideal as a sculpting material for original goods and figures. **Important Points of Human Skin Gel Concentrate (Foaming)** - It expands and becomes sponge-like! This is a sculpting resin that expands into a sponge-like texture just by mixing the two components. - Expands approximately 8 times! With a 160g set, you can create an object about 3cm in size, roughly B5 size. - Foams in a short time! It foams within 10 to 15 minutes after mixing, and hardening is completed 12 hours after full foaming. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*

A resin called "Psycho Wood" that combines the strength of ABS and the workability of engineered wood.

A resin that combines the strength of ABS and the excellent machinability of artificial wood! It has high dimensional stability and is friendly to machines and tools, with shavings that do not turn to powder.

[Features] ■ Low burden on cutting tools and excellent machinability Thanks to its excellent cutting performance, it can be easily machined even with entry-level cutting machines. Its self-lubricating properties reduce wear. ■ Ideal for thin-walled and edge-shaped designs Compared to other composite woods, it possesses toughness and high impact strength, making it perfect for machining thin-walled shapes like ribs and fins, as well as shapes with sharp edges. ■ Does not produce dust, gentle on machines and the human body The chips produced during cutting do not turn into powder like other composite woods; instead, they become thin flakes, allowing for a favorable working environment that is gentle on both machines and the human body. Additionally, there are no unpleasant odors during cutting. * Psycho Wood is available in three types with different physical properties such as machinability and rigidity. I tried out the expression of fine details in Form3!

How beautiful can a light curing 3D printer get? We tested its ability to express fine details!

"Mitarepo" is a series based on the concept of "I tried doing this!" where we introduce what can be done using various products. Each time, we deliver useful information from the wide range of product genres handled by System Create. The theme of Vol. 3 is "Trying the expressive power of fine details with Form3 Model Resin!" This time, we tested how beautifully the Form3 dedicated resin "Model Resin," which can reproduce fine details, can create shapes. In the materials, we compared the reproducibility of details and the workability of finishing processes by creating the same data under the same conditions using the widely used "Standard Resin." - Even if it can be beautifully shaped, does the finishing process become even more troublesome? - Does beautiful shaping mean higher costs? We explain these concerns with comments from technical staff and actual screens. *You can download the materials from the button below.

Mita Repo: How much high temperature can heat-resistant materials for 3D printers withstand?

【Mitarepo】How high a temperature can 3D printer materials withstand? We tested it with the 'Form 3'!

"Mitarepo" is a series that introduces what can be done using various products with the concept of "I tried doing this!" We deliver useful information each time from the wide range of product categories handled by System Create. The theme of Vol. 21 is "How high of a temperature can heat-resistant materials for 3D printers withstand?" This time, we used the heat-resistant material HTM from the light-curing 3D printer "Form 3" to create a plate and tested how much high temperature it can endure. The materials will examine differences in deformation due to thickness, how soft it becomes after being heated for a certain period, and whether deformation occurs when actually bent. "Even though it's called heat-resistant, isn't the temperature not that high since it's a 3D printer material?" "The load deflection temperature in the material property table makes it hard to understand the actual heat resistance!" We will explain the "usable temperature" concerning heat-resistant model production, along with photos of the work process and results, as well as comments from the technical staff! *You can download the materials from the button below.

Mitarepo [64] Tough 2000 Checking the tightening torque of the resin!

【Mitarepo】How much torque can it withstand with the work created in Form 3+!? I tried tightening it with a Helicoil!

"Mitarepo" is a series that introduces what can be done using various products with the concept of "I tried doing this!" We deliver useful information each time from the wide range of product genres handled by System Create. In Vol. 64, we used a type of material from the Form 3+, the Tough 2000 resin, to incorporate a helicoil and test its tightening. The Form 3+ is well-received because it allows users to choose materials from a diverse lineup according to their applications. This time, we are focusing on "Tough 2000 resin," which has properties similar to ABS and excels in strength and impact resistance. Common inquiries regarding this material include: "Can it be tapped?" "Can a helicoil be incorporated?" These are the two main questions. Therefore, this time we performed tapping on a workpiece made from Tough 2000 resin to verify how much tightening torque it can withstand. In the documentation, we created three types of female threads, tightened the screws, and explained the torque measurements with numerical data and images. *You can download the materials from the button below.

Thermoplastic resin for EMI shielding [Premier]

The pellets, which are embedded with special carbon fiber and have been homogenized, contain a special dispersant, allowing the carbon fibers to be evenly distributed within the molding die!

Premiere is a conductive plastic that imparts conductivity by dispersing nickel-plated graphite fibers within PC-ABS. The raw material for Premiere is in pellet form, with special carbon fibers (electrolytic nickel-plated on the surface) embedded in the center. These pellets are uniformly mixed with special dispersants, ensuring that the carbon fibers are evenly distributed within the molding die. While the shielding performance of typical aluminum or magnesium alloys is derived from their conductivity, Premiere exhibits significant absorption loss due to its permeability, enhancing attenuation characteristics across all frequency ranges. 【Advantages】 ■ Overall cost reduction through shortened processes such as plating ■ High conductivity and permeability ■ High thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/m-K ■ Lower specific gravity compared to aluminum, resulting in lightweight properties ■ Mechanical strength comparable to reinforced plastics *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
