Here is an example of a bus bar for automobiles made from A5052 with a thickness of 0.6mm. This precision sheet metal product has undergone bending processes 28 times in the longitudinal direction. Normally, performing 28 bends would accumulate dimensional errors, resulting in significant overall dimensional discrepancies, making the precision of each bend crucial. Laser processing with a width of 0.14mm ultra-fine comb blade shape! With a fiber laser that has minimal heat impact, it can accommodate tolerances of ±0.02!

Here is a case study of precision sheet metal processing made from C5191-1/2H phosphor bronze. Extremely fine pins with a width of 0.14mm are arranged in a narrow pitch, and by processing them with a fiber laser that has minimal heat impact, we achieve high precision finishing. Additionally, there was a strict precision requirement of ±0.03 for the bending sections. It is generally said that bending phosphor bronze with a thickness of t0.1mm to a high precision of less than ±0.05 is very difficult, but our company has developed dedicated simple molds in-house to ensure accuracy.
