Over these 33 years, while we have made several improvements, the original design remains largely the same and has become easier to use! 【Features】 - This is a tabletop heat sealing machine equipped with vacuum degassing and gas filling functions, capable of vacuum degassing, inert gas filling, and heat sealing. - The nozzle removes only the air inside the bag, improving work efficiency compared to batch-type gas packaging machines. - By replacing the air inside the packaging with nitrogen gas (to prevent food oxidation) and carbon dioxide (which has a bacteriostatic effect to suppress bacterial growth), it delays the deterioration of food quality. - The structure of the vacuum degassing and gas filling nozzle uses a double nozzle design, eliminating concerns about contamination from what is suctioned during gas filling. - An optional date printing and printing tape winding device can be installed. *If you would like to borrow a demonstration machine, please contact us. Impulse nozzle type degassing and gas filling sealer. Since it is an impulse type, it can accommodate commonly available polyethylene films and gusset bags!

The CS series uses a motor-driven system, so it does not require external piping such as compressors for the air source, and can be used anywhere as long as there is a power supply. This means that the working location is not restricted, and it is easy to move. Additionally, unlike cylinder-type systems, motor-driven systems produce less noise and vibration, and there is no exhaust, which helps maintain a good working environment. The CS series features a motor for the drive method, an impulse-type seal, and a nozzle-type structure for degassing, making it an energy-conscious product. The motor consumes power only when it is operating, approximately 15W. Since it is impulse-type, the seal is energized only momentarily, resulting in low power consumption, and there is no need for preheating, allowing work to start immediately after turning on the power. Furthermore, the nozzle-type degassing can be completed in a shorter time compared to chamber-type systems, and the power consumption of the vacuum pump is less than one-fifth.
