In conventional chain-type roll stockers, the storage rolls were suspended from a hanger pipe structure. However, we have now developed a chain-type roll stocker with a hanger pipe-less structure that is suitable for small-diameter/lightweight rolls such as fabrics. The rolls are structured to be hung on support brackets attached to chains on both sides.
