We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue of "cracking occurring in a large chemical processing device, causing trouble." We received a request to manufacture a chemical tank (2m x 4m x height 2m) for a large chemical processing device. During our discussions, it was mentioned that the joints of the components (bent parts) of a previously manufactured chemical tank had cracked, causing difficulties. In response, we changed the procedure and processing content to the following: 1. Connect the plate material using "welding processing" (not traditional welding, but a technique from our partner company) to create a single plate of 5m in length. 2. Perform machining such as hole processing and groove processing on that plate. 3. Heat it in a dedicated electric furnace and bend it using a mold. 4. Assemble it into the main body of the chemical tank and weld it. This approach increased strength and precision, eliminating the cracking issues, and significantly reduced the assembly labor for the chemical tank, much to the customer's satisfaction.
