I want to review the teaching to shorten the cycle time, but I don't know how. 2. I outsourced to a robot manufacturer, but the costs are too high, and I feel a lack of skills. 3. It is complicated to arrange specialized contractors for equipment with multiple manufacturers mixed in. 4. The construction period is short, and in-house processing cannot keep up. 5. Although automation such as cameras has been implemented, the operating rate has not increased. 6. We are conducting general teaching for die-cast systems using FANUC robots. We also provide teaching for product transport robots and driving systems. In the fiscal year 2006, we introduced RoboGuide and began working on creating offline programs. Regarding the teaching of other handled robots, we have: 1) FANUC, 2) Yaskawa, 3) DENSO, and 4) others. As for the introduction status of robot CAD, we have: 1) FANUC RoboGuide, 2) DENSO WinCAPS-2 (the latest WinCAPS-3 can be provided by the client), and others are under consideration.
