[Example] Thermocouples usable in high-temperature environments
Can be used even in an oven at 250℃! The sleeve part is proposed with eco-bond specifications.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "temperature sensor" that our company handles. We received an inquiry from Company T in Ishikawa Prefecture, who wanted to know the center temperature of hamburgers being heated in a commercial oven. They required a thermocouple that could operate in an oven with temperatures ranging from 180°C to 250°C. In response, we proposed the T-35 type φ1.6×20mm (K) sleeve heat-resistant temperature sensor. For this custom order, the sleeve part was made with an eco-bond specification (heat-resistant up to 250°C). [Case Overview] ■ Inquiry Details - Wanted to know the center temperature of hamburgers being heated in a commercial oven. - Needed a thermocouple that could be used in an environment of 250°C. ■ Results - Successfully tested how long and at what temperature the center of the hamburger could be cooked deliciously, even in a 250°C oven. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
