This is a thermocouple from Sanko Co., Ltd. 【Basic Specifications】 ■ Sheath Material: SUS316 ■ Thermocouple Type: Type K ■ Thermal Junction: Ungrounded There are sheath thermocouples with sleeves (with compensation wires), open terminal sheath thermocouples, and sealed terminal sheath thermocouples, among others. The outer diameters of the sheath thermocouples are φ0.5, φ1.0, φ1.6, φ2.3, φ3.2, φ4.8, φ6.4, and φ8.0. The basic material for the sheath thermocouples is SUS316, but Inconel and Nichrome are also available depending on the diameter. In addition to Type K, there are also types T, J, E, R, etc. The thermal junction at the tip of the sheath thermocouple can be either ungrounded or grounded. Standard products are manufactured at our factory in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, but we also have a track record of producing mass-produced items in Thailand and Vietnam if you want to reduce costs.
