**Abstract** Using the TEM-based crystal orientation analysis system "ASTAR," it is possible to achieve higher spatial resolution than that of SEM-based EBSD (with spatial resolution of various EBSD methods being around tens of nanometers, while the ACOM-TEM method using ASTAR achieves 2 to 5 nm). Additionally, it is characterized by the ability to identify a greater variety of crystal structures. By obtaining crystal orientation maps, crystal phase maps, and grain size distributions that are difficult to acquire through conventional TEM analysis, quantitative interpretation becomes possible. Furthermore, since measurements can be taken in the same field of view as TEM observations, it allows for complex analyses combined with (S)TEM-EDX/EELS and the use of in-situ TEM. **Table of Contents** 1. I would like to introduce the current situation regarding updates on coupled analysis with VPS (Virtual Performance Solution). In the GUI, we create models for coupled analysis using ESI Group's integrated GUI environment, VE (Visual Environment), specifically Visual-Systems. With the release of VE 13.5, the number of available components has increased. Specifically, in the previous version, the outputs from the VPS model were limited to position, displacement, angle, and angular velocity. However, in the current version, it now supports displacement and load, and the outputs to the VPS model have expanded to include not only load and pressure sensors but also displacement, velocity, and moment. Multivariate analysis service for analyzing the characteristic factors of cosmetics.

We analyze the main components that cause fragrance changes from a complex multitude of information.

Our company uses statistical analysis of data to derive valuable information that connects the analysis results to the characteristics of our products. As a case study (analysis of factors affecting fragrance changes), we heated perfume at 100°C and conducted sensory evaluations of the fragrance, quantitative analysis of organic components (GC-FID), and qualitative analysis (GC-MS) at 13 time points (0, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24 hours). Through principal component analysis, we were able to analyze the main contributing components to fragrance changes from a complex array of information. [Example of Principal Component Analysis] - A total of 2,548 data points (13 samples × 196 peak quantitative values) were analyzed and represented in two dimensions. - The meaning of the two-dimensional axes (PC1 vs. PC2) was interpreted in relation to the fragrance. - Components influencing axis formation were explored using a contribution rate plot (not included). *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

The part numbers are common with the "schematics" and "component placement," allowing for verification of the specifications, usage in the circuit, and placement on the layout. Thanks to our unique database, we can identify the functions of most ICs, but there may be cases where we cannot identify special ICs like ASICs.
