At a plastic container molding manufacturer, the main packaging target was plastic products, but due to the high volume of food container packaging, there was a strong demand for quality, delivery times, and a clean factory environment free from dust contamination.
After inspecting the factory, we submitted sample products. Although the processing methods were similar, there were variations in material, thickness, and width, so we explained the advantages and disadvantages for each sample.
By applying vacuum processing inline to LL and HD raw materials, we contributed to improving productivity and raising the standards of quality and delivery times. Some manufacturers also requested not only raw material delivery but also bag-making processing, and we were pleased to accommodate their needs in detail.
