Containment Downflow Booth
Containment booth capable of addressing the risk of airborne high-potency substances in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
This is a device that isolates hazardous substances, including highly pharmacologically active materials, from external environments. It maintains a negative pressure inside the booth using incoming air from the front opening, preventing raw materials from escaping outside the booth. Air is blown down from the screen at the top of the booth to reduce the risk of raw material scattering while simultaneously preventing contamination. It is effective when handling relatively large quantities of raw materials with low activity. <Examples of Downflow Booth Usage> - Use of powder processing machinery such as grinders - Small packaging operations of large quantities of raw materials, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF (catalog) or contact Dalton.
