[Case Study] A powder working booth with a combination of a clean booth and a dust collector.

A powder work booth with a combination of a clean booth and a dust collector.

We would like to create a clean booth to prevent foreign matter contamination during the mixing, weighing, and inspection processes of a certain powder. However, due to its light specific gravity, even a slight breeze can cause it to become airborne and affect human health. We are seeking advice on effective methods for cleaning and exhaust management. Issues: 1. There is a risk of foreign matter contamination in each process involving the powder. 2. Due to its light specific gravity, if it becomes airborne from the wind and enters the human body, it poses a problem. 3. The exhaust cannot be discharged as is, so some form of treatment must be implemented.

[Case Study] Clean Booths for Cleanliness Management by Process in Clean Rooms

Clean booth for cleanliness management by process in the clean room.

In the clean room, we were performing cleaning and coating operations as a pre-treatment, but there were frequent cases of foreign substances being discovered before coating. Although it was a clean room, the cleanliness class was not very high, and dust, which is a foreign substance, was re-adhering after cleaning. When foreign substances were found, it was necessary to clean again, which was a factor preventing an increase in production efficiency, so measures were urgently needed. Issues: 1. There are frequent occurrences of dust re-adhering to the products. 2. The cleanliness level in the clean room is class 100,000. 3. Dust accumulation is observed in the grooves and steps of the room walls, and turbulence is also assumed to be occurring. 4. We want to separate the cleaning pre-treatment process from the coating process. 5. We want to bring the cleaned products into the coating room in a high cleanliness state.

[Case Study] Introduction of precise temperature control in resin cutting processing significantly reduces defect occurrence rate.

The ability to design air conditioning when installing exhaust equipment together is a major point of our proposal!

We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the concerns of customers engaged in resin cutting processing. In a workspace equipped with 10 processing machines, temperature management was insufficient, leading to variations in dimensional accuracy for each machine. We received a request to improve yield by thoroughly managing the temperature. In response, we proposed the installation of a booth using insulation panels, taking into account the layout of the processing machines and the workflow. As a result, temperature management in the cutting area was optimized, improving processing accuracy and significantly reducing the defect rate, achieving the intended goals of the installation. [Issues] ■ High dimensional accuracy is required for the resin cutting products being produced. ■ The temperature during processing affects dimensional accuracy. ■ We want to collect the shavings generated during cutting and keep the processing room clean. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Case Study】Thorough Pest Control Measures! Positive Pressure Booth & Air Curtain

Building an environment where operations can be conducted with peace of mind! The double barrier structure is also effective against walking insects!

We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer problems. In a production line manufacturing medical devices, there was an issue with insect contamination in the products. Although the entire factory was managed under positive pressure and certain pest control measures were in place, they were struggling with the fact that these measures were not completely effective. Therefore, we proposed enclosing the manufacturing area, where contamination was possible, with a clean booth and implementing double positive pressure management in conjunction with the entire factory. As a result, we received feedback stating, "We have traps for flying and crawling insects in the manufacturing area, but after the implementation, there have been almost no insect intrusions. The positive pressure in the area is also being maintained consistently, which has improved cleanliness." [Key Points] - The manufacturing area with potential contamination is doubly isolated from the outdoors. - Control of airflow is linked to the opening and closing of the sheet shutter. - When the shutter is open, airflow is increased to maintain pressure within the booth. - The sheet shutter is also doubled, with an interlock mechanism to prevent simultaneous opening. - A horizontal airflow air curtain is adopted. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Clean Booth for Retractable Injection Molding Machine

A design that allows for the attachment and mobility of casters! It demonstrates the necessary capabilities while being simple and affordable.

This is a case study on the cleaning of resin molding processes at a customer manufacturing medical devices. There was a concern about the possibility of foreign substances adhering to products manufactured by injection molding, necessitating countermeasures. However, simply enclosing the entire molding machine was problematic and raised various issues. Therefore, we proposed a bellows-type clean booth tailored to the shape of the injection molding machine. Based on the cleanliness requirements needed for this project, we believed that this portable and storable bellows-type clean booth could meet the customer's needs. [Issues] - Enclosing the molding machine with a fixed booth would worsen the operability for mold changes and product retrieval. - Some products do not require cleaning. - The molding machine is equipped with a product retrieval arm, and including the arm, the machine height is nearly 5 meters. - There is a desire to share the booth among multiple molding machines in operation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[Case Study] Cleaned the beverage filling line in a short period.

No problem if there's not enough height! Examples of using existing ceilings and walls as structural materials for booths.

A new beverage filling process will be established within the existing factory. Initially, it was considered to enclose the filling machine in a booth for cleanliness; however, due to the limited ceiling height of the factory, there was no space available for the installation of air conditioning units or FFUs, which was a concern. Therefore, part of the existing ceiling wall material was coated with thick dust paint to create clean panels, which were then incorporated into the booth structure. Additionally, clean panels with partition specifications were added to shut out dust intrusion by forming a booth structure. We proposed a construction method that would complete the work, including painting, within three weeks. The project was completed two months after the initial meeting, allowing us to meet the operational start date for the line. [Issues] - The ceiling height at the planned location for the filling machine is 3,000mm, with gypsum board. - The height of the filling machine is 2,800mm. - There is not much time left until the planned start date for operations. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[Case Study] Installation of a mobile clean booth tailored to the work environment.

Customized design of clean booths! A case study contributing to the improvement of efficiency and safety in the work environment.

This is an example of installing a mobile clean booth in a rubber roll lathe processing work environment under clean conditions. A large opening was necessary to accommodate the task of removing the rubber rolls from the lathe, and a design that allows for smooth operation was required. Therefore, we proposed a method to maintain a sealed space during lathe processing and to move the clean booth itself when removing the rubber rolls. As a result, by customizing the clean booth design to fit the customer's work environment, we were able to contribute to the improvement of efficiency and safety in the work environment. [Challenges and Customer Requests] - We want to perform the rubber roll removal operation smoothly. - The required cleanliness level is Class 10,000. - We want to block external light during rubber roll inspection. - We want to be able to see the working conditions inside the clean booth. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
