In an environment where various deterioration factors such as severe wear of the bulldozer's vehicle body and bucket, cracks due to impact, corrosion from chemicals and salt, and thermal effects are compounded, applying a polyurethane resin lining to the surface will continue to protect the base part for a long period. According to JIS standards, the paint wear test shows a film loss of 3 mg after testing, demonstrating significantly superior wear resistance compared to other lining materials, and its high weather resistance ensures stable strength outdoors for an extended period. By applying polyurethane coating, particularly to the severely deteriorated parts of bulldozer buckets, shovels, conveyor systems, and agricultural tools such as tilling blades and cutting blades, an extension of their lifespan can be expected. In the case of snowplow shovels, there have been significant results in wear resistance and resistance to calcium chloride, and the higher-grade materials with excellent chemical resistance have long-term resistance to 50% sulfuric acid, protecting the substrate from corrosion factors (acids, alkalis, etc.).
