Heat-resistant up to 200℃! 'PC1137' can also be processed into metal rolls and CFRP rolls.

We would like to introduce a case study of 'PC1137' handled by Osaka Gas Chemical Co., Ltd. This product is suitable when you want to prevent adhesives and other substances from adhering to rolls, as it does not allow any adhesive tape to stick at all. It can be applied to rolls with a diameter of up to 2,000 mm and a length of 9,800 mm, making it applicable not only to metal rolls but also to CFRP rolls. There are several options for silicone coatings, and depending on the application, there are differences in surface preparation, film thickness, and surface roughness. We will propose the most suitable combination, so please consult with us first. Additionally, we can send samples of approximately 60×40 to those who request them, so feel free to contact us.

The low surface roughness silicone coating 'S-8010' responds to the voice saying, 'The surface is rough in Ognas...'

"OGNAS" is designed for various thermal spraying and silicone composite coatings, resulting in a surface roughness of the thermal spray coating on metals and ceramics that appears as a pearlescent texture. While the thermal spray coating offers benefits in terms of point contact and release properties, its roughness can sometimes affect customer products, leading to cases where desired applications cannot be used. In response to such feedback, we have newly added the silicone coating "S-8010," which forms fine irregularities without using thermal spraying. This is a composite coating that forms a base layer of special metallic fine powder and disperses silicone. Like OGNAS, it exhibits excellent release properties, preventing adhesive tapes and adhesives from sticking. The pencil hardness is above 4H, and it can be used at temperatures up to approximately 200°C. We can also provide coating sample plates. Please make use of it for adhesion prevention measures on film rollers and guide components.

Shiriseracoat 8011 is an organic-inorganic hybrid coating paint that achieves non-stick properties comparable to silicone and a high hardness that far exceeds that of fluorine, with ceramic as the main material. It is proposed as a new solution to issues related to release properties and slip characteristics of industrial machine parts (such as rolls and guide components) that could not be resolved by conventional fluorine or silicone coatings. 【Features】 ■ Excellent non-stick properties… Adhesive tape does not stick at all. Good release from resins and adhesives. Also suitable for releasing other materials such as food. ■ High hardness and durability… It has excellent wear resistance with a pencil hardness of 6H (standard H for fluorine coatings). Non-stick durability is also good. ■ Good slip properties… It has a smooth surface, allowing for good sliding of workpieces. It is also suitable for coating transport system components. ■ Suitable for food applications… It has obtained compliance with the old Food Sanitation Act, making it possible for use in parts for food applications. *It does not comply with the revised Food Sanitation Act (during the transitional period). ■ Low-temperature processing compatible… Processing is possible at low temperatures of 100 to 250 degrees. The "Plasma Coat (Super Non-Stick Treatment)" features high hardness and durability of thermal spray coatings made from metals, cermets, ceramics, etc., along with the extremely high non-stick properties of silicone resin, and also possesses high grip friction characteristics. The "Shiricera Coat 8022" is a special silicone-based coating that achieves exceptional non-stick properties and surpasses fluorine-based coatings in hardness. It allows for lower temperature processing (180°C) compared to fluorine-based coatings, which helps suppress deformation of the substrate due to heat. Coating is possible on metal components such as aluminum, stainless steel, and iron. *Some CFRP components may also be applicable. Please consult separately.
