[Low Friction Case] Prevention of abnormal noise (crying) from metal pulleys and drive belts.

A nano-level transparent thin film forms a dry lubrication film. This thin film is bonded, making it durable. It can be easily applied at room temperature.

"FloroSurf FG-5093" is a metal dry lubrication coating agent made by dissolving a special lubricating fluororesin in a non-flammable fluorinated solvent. When applied to a metal surface with a brush or spray, a dry lubrication film bonds to the surface with approximately 10 minutes of room temperature drying, forming a durable low-friction surface at the nanometer level. [Features] - The bonded lubrication film is durable. - It does not affect the material of the drive belt. - Heat resistance up to 200°C. - Unlike lubricating oils, it does not contaminate the surroundings. - Reapplication can be done easily with just a topcoat! Other examples are also available! *If you would like a free sample (limited to corporations), please include "Sample Request" in your inquiry.

[Example] Coating for reducing cream solder adhesion on metal masks

By applying it to the opening of the metal mask, the adhesion of cream solder to the mask is reduced, and the amount of solder applied to narrow pitch patterns becomes stable.

FloroSurf FG-5093 is a metal anti-fouling coating agent. By applying it, functions such as water and oil repellency, anti-fouling, non-stick properties, and low friction are imparted to the metal surface. When applied to a metal mask, it becomes difficult for cream solder and various pastes to adhere to the edges of the openings, improving the release. This leads to stabilization of printing and can resolve solder shortages in narrow pitch patterns. The coating film bonds by reacting with the metal surface, providing wear resistance. Additionally, the film thickness is at the nanometer level, so it does not affect the pattern accuracy of the metal mask. Furthermore, the coating components do not peel off, ensuring that printing accuracy and solder components are not affected. Due to these advantages, there are proven results with metal masks in various fields. *If you would like a free sample, please include "Sample Request" in your inquiry.

A perfect document for those who want to know about fluororesin lining is presented.

We are currently offering detailed materials explaining the types and processing methods of fluororesin lining.

■What is Fluororesin Lining? Fluororesin lining is one type of "resin lining." Resin lining includes those utilizing "polyethylene" and "nylon" resins, as well as "FRP lining," which combines glass fibers with resin. Among these, "fluororesin" is a material that is resistant to chemical corrosion in harsh environments. ■Types of Fluororesin Lining Types of fluororesin lining include PTFE lining, PFA lining, and ETFE lining. Each lining requires appropriate selection based on the usage environment, construction method, and application. ■Main Fluororesin Lining Methods There are three main methods: "sheet lining," "baked coating," and "rotolining." ■Various Lining Methods At Yoshida SKT, we can accommodate various processing methods according to the shape and thickness of the material, not only based on material differences but also using "sheet lining" with fluororesin sheets, "PFA lining" with baked coatings, and "rotolining" using rotational molding. *When considering lining, please check the materials and contact us for inquiries.

CFRP/Coating to Suppress Deflection and Improve Speed [Case Study Available]

Contributing to particle suppression in CFRP. *We will be exhibiting at the 24th Mechanical Elements Technology Exhibition!

One of the characteristics of CFRP is that it is a lightweight material that is less prone to distortion and bending. Therefore, its adoption as an alternative material to metals is progressing, but there are challenges such as the generation of particles from CFRP. By combining our fluororesin coating technology, we expect effects such as particle suppression, corrosion resistance, and non-stick properties. You can see the actual product at the "Mechanical Elements Technology Exhibition" held in Makuhari starting in February! *We have introduced our achievements in a PDF, so please download it from the link below to take a look.

High-performance continuous release agent Fluorosurf CFRP molding case study

Even difficult moldings that cannot be released with regular release agents can be continuously released. Additionally, there is no need for cleaning as there is no transfer to the molded product!

"FloroSurf FG-5093" is a mold release agent made by dissolving a special fluororesin in a non-flammable fluorinated solvent. By applying it, the adhesion of the surface molding resin is reduced, demonstrating excellent release properties even for complex and precise shapes. It proves effective in cases where conventional release agents fail to work properly. It has excellent durability, with a track record of continuous release over thousands of shots, and its performance can be restored by reapplying with a brush or spray. 【 Case Study in Thin CFRP Molding 】 1. Background Introduction In the thin molding of carbon fiber, such as fuel cell separators, conventional release agents caused cracking during demolding, resulting in only about one good product out of ten sheets, leading to the abandonment of mass production. 2. Implementation Results By using FloroSurf FG-5093, continuous molding of 1000 shots became possible, and mass production was confirmed. Additionally, there is no transfer to the molded product, eliminating the need for cleaning and significantly shortening the process. *If you would like a free sample, please include "Sample Request" in your inquiry.
