In injection-molded products made from fiber-reinforced resin, it is often the case that the strength does not match the catalog strength. A significant reason for this is that the fiber orientation differs greatly from the catalog strength. The "IMM method" is a type of compression molding technology that allows molten resin to flow into the cavity through compression. Similar to the IMP method, it offers flexibility in product shapes. In conventional injection molding technology, the fiber orientation is determined by the act of injecting molten resin into the mold. The position of the gate is a very important condition from a strength perspective. The IMM method intentionally generates internal flow of the molten resin during injection, which allows for some control over fiber orientation, differing from conventional injection molding. Please consider this method for cases requiring very high strength. Principle of airflow control

The airflow flowing through the system is automatically controlled, ensuring stable operation at the set values.

I will introduce the principle of "air volume control." The air volume control system is composed of the air volume detector "Omeeter," the air volume control device "OM Controller," and the "inverter" for setting the air volume. The "Omeeter" outputs a differential pressure corresponding to the air volume. The "OM Controller" converts the input differential pressure into air volume and displays it on the panel display. It compares the air volume value with the set value and outputs an analog current value to the inverter according to the deviation. The "inverter" rotates the blower at a speed corresponding to the analog current value.
