We received a request from a customer to transport ingredients for baked goods such as sugar, salt, starch, and flour in a sealed structure. A transport capacity of 1,000 kg/h and an input accuracy of less than 1% are required. To achieve this, we designed a supply hopper with dust collection functionality for six ingredients. Depending on the characteristics of the materials, it is equipped with bridge breakers, mixing devices, and fluidization devices. From the above hopper, the ingredients are transported to a central large hopper via six vacuum conveyors. Below the vacuum conveyors, Volkmann vibrating feeders are installed. These can fill in gram units.
