Air-tight sliding door SAR
A sliding door that achieves airtight performance grade A-4 while maintaining a lightweight movement.
Achieving both airtightness and convenience. Airtight sliding doors for differential pressure management. Ideal for doors in pharmaceutical factories and similar environments. While possessing high airtight performance, it minimizes the necessary drop and push actions required for airtight sliding doors, allowing for relatively light force to open and close. This sliding door features a three-sided frame structure without a bottom frame that could obstruct the passage of people or carts, and it meets the highest JIS airtight performance grade, A-4 grade. For installation into insulation panel systems, it is possible to attach the opening frame and rails without special substructures, just like the conventional sliding door series. (Note that a substructure may be required depending on the size of the door and rails.) A dedicated aluminum bending frame is available for lightweight partitions (LGS). The opening and closing mechanism is available in three types: manual, self-closing, and automatic. The rail cover can also be optionally replaced with a sanitary cover (sloped cover). *Note 1: Airtight performance cannot be guaranteed in cases of unevenness or slope. *Note 3: There are options for 65mm studs and 100mm studs. Substructure materials will be required at the points where the opening frame and rails are installed.
