In grinding, precision management of the pad is important, but are you using a modified carrier that takes into account the type of PAD? Customizing it will also make precision management easier.

When you hear "custom," does it evoke a cool image? If you are using a cast iron DP-equipped correction carrier, it is possible to customize it to make it look cool and to facilitate precision management. Our correction carriers use a resin carrier, making them very lightweight compared to cast iron, and they feature DP on both sides of the carrier. The lightweight design is expected to improve "safety" and "workability," but the biggest feature is the customization tailored to the polishing environment. The correction of the PAD needs to change the DP arrangement and particle size depending on the processing environment and the hardness of the PAD. By customizing to fit the polishing environment, it is also possible to significantly reduce correction time. There are many cases where a dressing operation that used to take 1 to 2 hours has been shortened to about 5 to 30 minutes depending on the customer.
