Our ultra-precision finished "film cutting molds and jigs" have no burrs or deformation, are long-lasting, and can handle foils (0.005 mm and above) that are typically considered difficult. Our company specializes in precision grinding and is engaged in the development, design, and manufacturing of ultra-precision jig products (including various cutting jigs such as film cutting jigs), precision mold components, and machine parts. We also design and manufacture precision press molds (from prototypes to mass production) and perform precision pressing processing. Molds, jigs, and machine parts can be finished with high precision around 1μ.
