I want those who 'don't read the manual' to read this! The usefulness of technical writing is...!
(Continued from 2/3) [Example 2] Please prepare scissors or a cutter and a ruler. Now, should we prepare "scissors" or "a cutter and a ruler"? Or should it be "scissors and a ruler" or "a cutter and a ruler"? When using "or" and "and" together like this, the meaning of the sentence can become ambiguous, so caution is needed. A corrected example could be written as "scissors only, or a cutter and a ruler" or "scissors or a cutter, and a ruler." It is also acceptable to list them in bullet points. As shown above, it can be understood that sentences written without careful consideration can unexpectedly have ambiguous meanings. To eliminate that "ambiguity," technical writing inevitably takes on the characteristic of "explaining without omission." This is one reason why there are a certain number of people who feel that "I don't feel like reading instruction manuals." However, it can be said that there are many situations in life and work where "it is necessary to communicate correctly." To ensure that people's lives proceed smoothly, technical writing skills are indispensable. (End)

For those using the Zero Bar Drill for the first time! If it doesn't work out, we will refund you. This applies to all products in the Zero Bar series!
Our "Zero Burr Drill" is an excellent hybrid drill that prevents the formation of burrs typically generated by standard drills. We are implementing a "First-Time Return Guarantee System" for customers who have not used the "Zero Burr Drill" before. 【Flow of the First-Time Return Guarantee System】 1. The user fills out and shares the specified processing condition survey form. 2. Based on the processing condition survey form, we will provide recommended conditions. 3. Tests will be conducted based on the recommended conditions. 4. If the conditions do not yield satisfactory results, fill out a "Return Reason Form" and return the product. The occurrence of burrs can lead to quality defects and an increase in the number of deburring processes. Our "Zero Burr Drill" has excellent straightness, eliminating the need for a center hole and allowing for drilling. As a result, 2 to 3 processing steps can be eliminated, leading to reduced labor costs, cost savings, and time savings. We offer a lineup of 13 types to suit various materials, so please take this opportunity to try it out! If you would like more details about the "First-Time Return Guarantee System," please contact us. Additionally, we also provide drilling demonstration videos, so please take a look.

Achieved by the "pentagonal pyramid chisel," which shapes the blunt angle part of the chisel edge at the center of the drill tip into a nearly flat pentagonal pyramid!
The "Pentagon" we handle is a drill that offers high hole position accuracy and excellent damage resistance even when used with high-hardness materials. While the tip angle of a typical chisel edge is about 140 degrees, the tip angle of the Pentagon's pentagonal pyramid chisel is about 170 degrees, making it closer to a flat surface. This results in a shorter tip length, which improves engagement with the workpiece! As a result, runout is reduced, and the stability of machining and hole position accuracy is enhanced! *Position tolerance within Φ0.013 【Features】 ■ Eliminates the chisel edge, resolving the runout caused by the chisel edge and achieving stable machining. ■ The multi-angular shape shortens the distance from the tip to the shoulder (tip length), allowing for faster stabilization and significantly improving hole accuracy and position tolerance. ■ Forming the chisel into a pentagonal shape suppresses the movement of the cutting edge, enhancing damage resistance. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
