Both right-hand and left-hand screws can be tightened and loosened. The controller can be connected to a computer via USB, allowing for the setting and confirmation of various parameters from the computer. - Torque conversion is possible with a button (7 types) - Normal rotation speed and tightening rotation speed can be set (e.g., Normal: 2,000rpm, Tightening: 700rpm, etc.) - Standard equipped with IO input and output terminals - Improved productivity through reduced setup time - Various customizations are possible Process 1: Set the rotation angle and perform screw tightening for the specified angle. Process 2: Perform torque tightening for the remaining few rotations at the recommended rotation speed. Benefits By separating the processes, Process 1 can be set to the maximum rotation speed [2,000rpm] and Process 2 to the [recommended rotation speed], allowing for stable torque tightening. The rotation angle can be set in 10-degree increments from 0 to 18,000 degrees, making it suitable for long screws. Example: M2 × Pitch 0.4 × Length 20mm → 20 / 0.4 × 360 = 18,000 degrees If the seating occurs before the set angle in Process 1, an error can be detected. By detecting the error, it is possible to prevent screw selection mistakes.
