Traditional heat treatment conducted in salt bath furnaces faces issues such as the industrial waste problem of discarded salt, neutralization treatment of cleaning water, and working environment concerns (volatilization of molten salt into the air, high temperatures). By transitioning from environmentally burdensome salt bath furnaces (salt furnaces) to newly developed hot gas furnaces, eco-friendly manufacturing can be achieved.
