"TOMBO No.9007-SC" is a special gasket sheet made by blending carbon with PTFE (fluororesin). It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance against strong alkaline fluids such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. By combining water jet processing and adhesive processing, we can flexibly accommodate the production of large and complex-shaped products.

This is an example of producing a large and complex U-shaped gasket measuring 545mm x 709mm from a non-asbestos joint sheet "Valqua No. 6500" with a thickness of 3mm, based on the customer's drawing. The processing involved drilling 17 holes with a diameter of 21mm. Using our water jet cutting machine, we achieved high precision cutting directly from CAD data. Valqua No. 6500 is a non-asbestos general-purpose joint sheet made by combining organic and inorganic fibers with NBR and other materials. It demonstrates good sealing properties against general utility fluids and has a long track record in a wide range of applications, including petroleum refining, chemical plants, ships, and general piping. No need for molds, reducing costs! Quick and high-precision response even for small lots and complex shapes.

We would like to introduce a case where we processed "D4000 Expanded Graphite Gasket" for boilers using our plotter processing machine based on customer specifications. This time, we manufactured two ring-shaped gaskets with an outer diameter of φ462mm and an inner diameter of φ372mm from a 3mm thick D4000 expanded graphite gasket. The processing was done directly and precisely from CAD data. We will introduce a case where having a handle made it easier to insert and position the gasket between the flanges!

We would like to introduce a processing case of "V6502 Black Super" conducted by Daiko Co., Ltd. Based on the customer's drawings, we manufactured a flange gasket for 10K-50A from a 3mm thick non-asbestos joint sheet "Vulcan No. V6502 (Black Super)." It was processed into a shape with handles using a water jet cutting machine. Having handles makes it easier to handle and manage the installation of the gasket. Additionally, since the handles protrude outside the flange, it helps prevent human error by forgetting to insert the gasket.
