"Ultra Banshield®" is a two-layer structure gasket with a highly conductive conductive layer and a non-conductive core material layer.
It provides waterproofing, drip-proofing, vibration-proofing, sound insulation, chemical resistance, and EMI/RFI shielding all in one gasket, even in harsh temperature environments.
The core material layer is made of flexible high-tensile silicone rubber, which has an extremely low compression set, while the conductive layer is filled with metal conductive particles at a high density, offering extremely high conductivity.
We offer a lineup that includes the "Round Tube Type," as well as the waterproof and drip-proof "Double D Type," and the very soft "Sponge Tube Type" that uses flame-retardant silicone sponge rubber for the core material.
