As a result, we began accepting fresh produce from February to early May. Vegetables are stored in a chilled warehouse at around 3°C, but if the fresh produce has not undergone disinfection treatment before being brought into the warehouse, there is a risk of mold developing, which could spread to other produce. To prevent the occurrence and spread of mold, we considered introducing an ozone generator. We received positive feedback from shippers and agricultural cooperatives, stating that "ozone can disinfect without damaging fresh produce," leading us to install three units of Ozonmart's "Ozone Made."
