We would like to introduce a case study of heater installation by Seidokusha Co., Ltd., which custom-manufactures electric furnace heaters that operate in harsh environments with severe temperature fluctuations. 【Case Study】 ■ Production with a special shape has been realized. Since insulation materials cannot be used in vacuum furnaces, we proposed the FW type, which is a surface heater, to meet the conditions for uniform heating, and it was successfully implemented. A design to prevent vacuum discharge was necessary, and we were able to accommodate details such as fixing to the case and TC holes according to the customer's requests, which made them very happy. ■ It can also be used for testing purposes. It is also used as a reference material to determine whether it can be adapted to the customer's equipment. We delivered the FW heater for use in standalone testing. 'Metal Frame Heater' Can be used safely without ceramic fiber. The heating element has a TC (temperature sensor) welded to it, allowing for temperature control. It has a wide range of uniform heating. 'Quartz Irregular Tube Heater' Metal heating elements are covered with quartz glass to prevent contamination, accommodating a cleaner environment of a higher standard. "I want to extend the lifespan of the heater." ⇒ We proposed and implemented a heater using a band-type heating element (TELF-PISR type). The lifespan doubled, and the power also increased twofold. ■ There are no more disconnections. "I need a heater that is less prone to disconnections and easy to maintain." ⇒ After multiple discussions with the customer, we proposed and implemented a heater using a non-standard heating element (TELF-PISR-HD type) that can be replaced without removing the equipment during replacement. The heater has a long lifespan and is still in operation without any disconnections. ■ We manufactured it as a product compliant with RCF regulations. "Since it is a large furnace body, I want to make it as compact as possible." ⇒ By using high-performance insulation material made of alumina fiber board, we were able to reduce the thickness of the insulation material on the furnace wall. We will introduce a case study of heat treatment heater uniformity testing. In the process of baking paint onto the workpiece using a burner for heating, there was an issue with temperature instability, leading to unevenness.
