Nanosystems and Technologies GmbH (nanoplus) was independently established in 1998 from the Technical Physics Department of the University of Würzburg. The specialized technologies resulting from previous research, such as optoelectronic devices and custom-made microfabrication, were commercialized and passed on to nanoplus. nanoplus's DFB lasers are manufactured with a precision of ±0.1 nm over a wavelength range of 760 to 14,000 nm, and we have recently begun handling high-power DFB (ICL) lasers. The wavelengths available are 3345 nm and 4565 nm, with a maximum output of 40 mW. Other specifications are similar to those of nanoplus's previous DFB products.
