This semiconductor laser is capable of both picosecond pulse oscillation and CW (continuous wave) oscillation with modulation functions. In pulse oscillation, the minimum pulse width is 50 ps, with a maximum repetition frequency of 100 MHz. The adoption of the latest high-performance electronics ensures high stability and low noise. The inter-pulse jitter in picosecond pulse oscillation is <2 ps. It features high-precision temperature control, a programmable frequency generator, an optical system with aberration correction for beam shaping, and a high-resolution SYNC delay generator integrated.
