The "Release Agent-Free Method" is a patented technology that forms a coating of thermoplastic resin with excellent release properties on the surface of rigid polyurethane molded products, allowing for the injection and molding of polyurethane into a closed mold space. This technology enables a shift from injection molding, which is suitable for mass production, to polyurethane RIM molding, which is better suited for small-batch production of various types, and it also allows for the establishment of mass production lines with reduced initial investment. NBR80° Cap Compression Molding

NBR95° Ball Transfer Molding
