Business Introduction: Products and Explanation Panel of New Construction Method Using Plate Forging/Cutting Composite Technology

A new method product focused on high aspect ratio thin-walled molding.

The conventional manufacturing method for traditional products, in the case of [press drawing processing], has TA nearly equal to TB, processing of thickness differences is not possible, it involves multiple processes, and the drawing R remains, with some shapes having different inner and outer profiles being impossible. In the case of [plate forging → piercing], the minimum inner diameter D = H/2, the outer shape deforms due to the side pressure of the piercing. However, the new method from Ito Manufacturing Co., [forging/shearing composite processing], allows for as few as four processes, minimal corner R, the ability to process thickness differences, the possibility of shapes with different inner and outer profiles, and an aspect ratio of up to 6.6, enabling various types of processing. Additionally, we carry out everything from progressive die design and manufacturing to press part processing consistently. We have realized a highly productive press processing factory with high efficiency and speed, leveraging high-precision progressive die manufacturing technology. Our equipment includes 80 automatic presses (15 tons to 600 tons), 9 machining centers, 11 wire cut electric discharge machines, 5 surface grinding machines, among others. The difference between swaging and radial forging.

Introducing radial forging equipment! We will contribute to our customers' solutions with specification proposals.

This article introduces the differences between swaging and radial forging. Swaging is a processing method that reduces round bars or circular tubes to a desired diameter, also known as rotary cold forging. Radial forging is a processing method that applies force from the radial direction of a hollow shaft using a hammer (die) to induce plastic deformation. Tsuzuki Seisakusho has introduced radial forging equipment to address customer challenges. **Features of Radial Forging** - Forging is possible even for thick-walled shafts or shaft shapes with flanges. - Partial warm processing allows for increasing thickness (upsetting) only at the ends. - Cold forging is possible for areas requiring precision, such as inner diameter splines. - There is no need to arrange multiple machines as with swaging. - Setup time is minimal, and it can accommodate multiple models. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*

Consideration for the Earth's environment

Aiming for a sustainable production environment.

【Consideration for the Earth's Environment】 The entire company participates in "Eco Action 21" and is actively and voluntarily engaged in environmental initiatives, continuously striving for sustainable production and manufacturing. 【Low-Impact Friction Welding Machine for People and the Earth】 Friction welding processing does not generate spatter or fumes, and the occurrence of sparks is extremely low, providing a better working environment compared to other welding methods. Additionally, since carbon dioxide emissions are very low, it can be said to have a low impact on the Earth's environment.
