Prototype of polyurethane rubber using silicone molding *Technical materials available!

Proposal for rubber prototype manufacturing methods

I believe that cutting processes will not yield accurate dimensions and shapes for items made of soft materials like rubber that have somewhat complex shapes. We must create the molding die while harboring these concerns. The "vacuum casting method" involves creating a master model from hard materials that are easy to machine, such as those made with a 3D printer, then inverting it in silicone, pouring in urethane rubber, and forming it. This allows for the creation of complex master models without directly machining the rubber, so all that remains is to replicate it with a soft material. [Partial content of technical documentation] ■ What is vacuum casting? ■ Types and properties of casting materials ■ Functions of vacuum casting ■ Comparison of working times ■ Examples of processed sample parts (with photos), etc. *For more details, please download the documentation or contact us directly.

A must-see for those looking for extrusion molding! Do you have any of these concerns?

We provide proposals that take into account the rich experience and know-how we have accumulated, as well as the balance of thickness, strength, and lightness, tailored to the customer's applications, usage environments, and the characteristics of the resin.

We are an extrusion molding manufacturer that responds to the question, "We want this kind of shape, can you do it?" <Do you have any of these concerns?> - I want to soften the edges of the table. - I want to eliminate the sticky feeling unique to elastomers. - Injection molding has high mold costs, and I want to review the unit price of materials. - The wear on machine parts is severe. *If you have any inquiries about extrusion molding processing, please feel free to contact us. We will be exhibiting at the "High-Performance Plastics and Rubber Exhibition 2021" held at the Osaka Industry Creation Center on January 28 (Thursday) and January 29 (Friday), 2021. We look forward to your visit.

MIM suitable for processing difficult-to-cut materials such as stainless steel and titanium.

By changing the processing that was traditionally done through cutting to the MIM method, we have reduced costs by 50%, eliminated parting lines, and improved appearance!

The MIM manufacturing method involves molding two parts and joining them, but it allows for molding with a single mold. This eliminates PL step differences at the joints and deformation of hollow sections due to joining pressure, resulting in cost reductions through integration. Depending on the metal material, it can flexibly accommodate difficult-to-machine materials (such as stainless steel and titanium) and complex shapes, enabling metal molding. Since molds are created, mass production is also possible. 【Features】 ■ No PL step differences at the joints ■ No deformation of hollow sections due to joining pressure ■ Cost reductions through integration ■ Metal molding is possible even for complex shapes that are difficult to machine ■ Mass production is possible due to mold creation ■ Flexible response depending on the metal material *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Plastic Extrusion Molding [Design Round Rod (With Bubbles) Part 2]

Due to a special manufacturing method, it is possible to adjust the way bubbles are incorporated (quantity and size) to some extent. Case studies are included!

~ Introduction to Initiatives 1 ~ It is possible to adjust the entry method (quantity and size) to some extent. *Detailed specifications for bubbles cannot be accommodated. ~ Introduction to Initiatives 2 ~ The design round rod is an extruded product with a two-layer structure consisting of an internal (core layer) and an outer layer. By making the core layer transparent, the aim is to reduce the absorption (attenuation) of light entering from the end face of the round rod and to enhance light guiding properties. Additionally, the outer layer's resin prevents the surface from being affected by bubbles, resulting in a smooth appearance. ~ Examples of Design Round Rod Processing ~ The base resin is acrylic, which has high transparency, and when illuminated with an LED as the light source, it emits a very beautiful surface light. (Size of the photographed round rod: outer diameter 40mm) *For photography, the cut surface has been polished. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Decorative technology, vapor deposition plating, injection molding.

Introduction to decorative technology widely applied in automobiles, low-voltage electronics, optics, and various industrial equipment!

We would like to introduce our decorative technology, "vacuum deposition plating." "Vacuum deposition" is one method of imparting a metallic luster to plastics. In a vacuum, the temperature at which metals vaporize can be lowered, allowing materials such as aluminum, gold, silver, and zinc to be used as deposition metals, with aluminum deposition being the mainstream for decorative purposes. Additionally, "sputtering" has the characteristic of being able to apply metal plating to various resins other than ABS resin, which broadens its application fields. It is widely used for decorative purposes as well as in automotive, low-voltage, optical, and various industrial equipment. On the other hand, compared to other decorative methods, the film formation speed is slow, and the high cost per area is considered a challenge. *Please note that we do not have the equipment for decoration. We will be working with partner companies for this. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
