"PPSGF40-60" is suitable for electrical components such as capacitor cases, lamp reflectors, and motor brush holders. HV capacitor cases require reinforcement of molded parts at the fastening points with collars and nuts. Additionally, to meet the positional accuracy (0.3) of multiple collar locations, automatic insert equipment has been designed and manufactured, ensuring dimensional accuracy through cycle stabilization. To manage the required dimensional accuracy, we utilize 3D measuring instruments to conduct inspections based on the inspection specifications agreed upon with the customer.
