Over 300 types of manufacturing achievements! Since the start of operations in 1987, there have been zero contamination complaints.

Based on the feedback from the lab equipment, we have introduced a two-fluid nozzle for medium-scale machines to produce granulated powder with an average particle diameter of 5 to 20 μm in March 2024. Since the introduction of the two-fluid nozzle spraying mechanism for fine particle production testing in December 2022, we have received positive feedback from customers over the past year, and considering the requests for scale-up based on those results, we have also implemented the two-fluid nozzle spraying mechanism for medium-scale machines (Okawara OC-16 model). The installation was completed in March 2024, and after trial runs and internal testing, we plan to begin operations around May 2024. There is a strong demand for fine particles, but the places capable of conducting granulation tests and pilot production using spray dryers are extremely limited.
