Medium-duty machine dual fluid nozzle *Introduced in March 2024!

Over 300 types of manufacturing achievements! Since the start of operations in 1987, there have been zero contamination complaints.

Based on the feedback from the lab equipment, we have introduced a two-fluid nozzle for medium-scale machines to produce granulated powder with an average particle diameter of 5 to 20 μm in March 2024. Since the introduction of the two-fluid nozzle spraying mechanism for fine particle production testing in December 2022, we have received positive feedback from customers over the past year, and considering the requests for scale-up based on those results, we have also implemented the two-fluid nozzle spraying mechanism for medium-scale machines (Okawara OC-16 model). The installation was completed in March 2024, and after trial runs and internal testing, we plan to begin operations around May 2024. There is a strong demand for fine particles, but the places capable of conducting granulation tests and pilot production using spray dryers are extremely limited. We would like to introduce a case study from a theater studio that has implemented our high-pressure mist humidifier, "Clean Mist." 【Case Overview】 ■ Facility: Theater Studio (Tokyo) ■ Installation Location: Rehearsal Room ■ Usage Period: November to April The facility was in a situation where people had to gather and rehearse even during an outbreak of infectious diseases. To raise the humidity as a measure against infections, they had placed a household-sized humidifier, but there was no change in the humidity level, leading them to consider using a commercial humidifier. They were looking for a humidifier that could significantly increase humidity and found our "Clean Mist." After trying it out in a free demo, the results were remarkable.
