This nozzle is designed for applications that require micro and nanoliter precision dispensing. We offer tubes with MINSTAC fittings for VHS valve connections, filter screens, and spray nozzles (air-assisted and pressurized).
Optional nozzle for our high-speed electromagnetic valve "VHS Series." For dispensing: 10nL droplet ejection / For spraying: generates a fine mist with a hollow conical shape.
We provide nozzles that can achieve precise fluid dispensing or spraying. These nozzles are available in several different mounting styles and can be directly connected to the high-speed solenoid valve "VHS Series" or used with flexible tubing. When connected directly to the VHS valve, the flow between the valve sealing surface and the nozzle is minimized, improving the response time at the system level. The precision orifice incorporated into the dispensing nozzle allows for the application of accurate spherical droplets of approximately 10 nL, and by using multiple nozzles, applications in the milliliter range are also possible. The spray nozzles are available in both air-assisted and airless designs. The air-assisted nozzle achieves atomization with just 5 psi of liquid and air, while the airless nozzle achieves atomization with only 30 psi without the need for an external air source.

The ultrasonic spray nozzle (atomizer) transmits vibrations from the piezoelectric ceramic, causing the liquid film to vibrate and forming fine particles for spraying.
