Here is an example of a nozzle for glass equipment that has undergone fine processing with platinum. When glass is heated and refined, it tends to absorb metallic components, but platinum has the least absorption. The outer diameter of the shaft is φ0.2mm, which is less than half the thickness of a mechanical pencil lead (0.5mm). The tip has a hole with an inner diameter of φ0.15mm, and the wall thickness is 0.025mm. If you imagine a thickness less than one-third of a regular mechanical pencil, you can understand how small it is. Additionally, the φ0.15mm section is about 3mm long and connects to a φ1mm hole on the opposite side. Our company can also enhance the surface roughness of the inner surface through polishing.
