This product is a hybrid oven equipped with three cooking functions: baking, steaming, and steam baking.
By using both steam and heaters (electric or gas), it allows for various cooking methods, such as baking and steaming simultaneously or separating them into different phases. With this oven, products that could not be continuously produced before can now be made easily, including French bread.
We have a test unit available in our showroom. Please feel free to use it for testing new product conditions such as steaming, baking, and sterilization.
