However, while the thickness of the Polyual membrane is 20 to 25 micrometers, the pre-coat is only about 2 to 3 micrometers thick. After being exposed to salt damage for 3 to 5 years, rust may occur, or the pre-coat membrane may degrade due to ultraviolet rays. Additionally, since the pre-coat involves processing aluminum sheets coated with polymer, the cut surfaces, internal cutouts, and contact points with copper pipes are exposed to the outside air, making them entry points for salt damage and corrosion. The aluminum fin deterioration prevention coating "Polyual" addresses these issues.
