We contribute to society through the usability and functionality of the new resin-based material "Kaentatsu" and the composite oxide ceramic solid solution "Kaentatsu α" made from these raw materials.
TriAxis Corporation is a company that aims to realize products that have been desired but either did not exist as general-purpose products or were thought to be impossible to create. The "Kaientatsu," which received certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in February, is a material that combines non-combustibility, lightweight, and insulation. Depending on the application, such as ceilings and interior walls, customers can order it in their preferred sizes according to their requirements for thickness, width, and length. Additionally, we have launched "Kaientatsu α," which compensates for functionalities that cannot be addressed by Kaientatsu. It is a functional coating made from 167 types of fine ceramics known as complex oxide ceramic solid solutions, which do not dissolve even under harsh testing conditions. With these combinations, we can offer products that possess heat resistance, condensation prevention, salt damage resistance, and chemical resistance functionalities. Business Activities
We have been developing various businesses using the flame-retardant material "Kaentatsu." In February, we applied double-sided aluminum foil and obtained certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. It is now possible to order custom sizes according to customer requests, with thicknesses, widths, and lengths ranging from 10 to 110 mm. At a thickness of 12 mm, it weighs approximately 850 g/m², which is helpful for reducing construction work, and can be used for non-combustible substrate areas such as interior walls and ceilings. Additionally, we have launched "Kaentatsu α," which compensates for functionalities that Kaentatsu cannot address. This is a functional paint made from 167 types of fine ceramics known as complex oxide ceramic solid solutions, which are immersed in concentrated sulfuric acid and heated at 40°C, and do not dissolve even at high temperatures of 1200°C. It possesses heat resistance, condensation prevention, salt damage resistance, and chemical resistance, making it suitable for harsh site environments. Depending on customer requests, combinations utilizing the characteristics of the 167 types of ceramics are possible. We can provide products not only as paint but also as sheets, depending on the application. This ceramic is effective not only for hard surface treatment but also for deodorization, antibacterial, and sterilization purposes.
