This is a set of a cart and a pallet (mold exchange platform) equipped with an air cushion system that transports using air power. It can also transport heavy objects other than molds.
The "Air Cushion System" creates an air membrane between the floor and the object, allowing for smooth transportation. The friction coefficient with the floor is approximately 1/1000, enabling one person to push and transport loads of up to about 5 tons (please use it safely on a smooth, level floor). The air cushion pallet is a set consisting of a cart and a pallet (mold exchange platform) that incorporates the "Air Cushion System." It can also be used for transporting heavy objects other than molds. 【Usage Example】 In cases where two types of molds need to be exchanged (1 cart + 2 pallets), prepare two pallets with each mold placed on them.
