We would like to introduce a case where we proposed measures to address wear on transport pallets due to material changes and assembly. We received an inquiry from an automotive parts manufacturer regarding wear on the bottom of pallets in their production line, which resulted in wear debris adhering to the workpiece tips. In response, we proposed several types of materials that matched the customer's requirements and created comparison materials for each type. The wear area was addressed by changing the material, eliminating foreign matter adhesion. The problem of pushing cargo with a sheet pallet using a roller fork is solved by the pass border! Insertion of the fork tip is easy.

The Pass Border was developed to overcome issues related to roller fork operations. It is suitable for box cargo. Since the tip of the roller fork does not have a roller conveyor mechanism, the fork must be inserted while pushing the cargo up at the tip. This is generally not a problem when handling bagged cargo with sheet pallets, but with box cargo, there may be instances where the cargo cannot be inserted and is instead pushed. To address this, the Pass Border features a gap (patented) designed to accommodate the tip of the roller fork at the edge of a thin pallet. This gap ensures that the bottom surface of the pallet maintains contact with the roller conveyor mechanism, allowing for smooth pulling of the cargo onto the fork by the conveyor mechanism. [For Returnable Use] - Plastic products are available. A size of 110 cm x 110 cm can be provided. [For One-Way Use] - Paper products are available. We have prepared a pass border made of paper honeycomb board, which is widely used for one-way pallets. The overseas patent is available for free release.

While it is possible to maintain the cargo loading capacity with sheet pallets, if a push-pull forklift cannot be introduced, the roller fork will solve that problem. However, since roller forks are expected to mechanically push the cargo, making work difficult, we have prepared a solution called the pass border. In cases where it is difficult to return the pass border to the shipping origin, inexpensive paper products are needed. Therefore, we have created a one-way product by applying our unique structure (patented) to paper honeycomb board, which has a proven track record as a material for paper pallets. 【Specifications】 ■ We can accommodate your desired size (within 1,300mm x 1,300mm) ■ We can meet requests for insertion from one side to four sides ■ Load capacity is below 500 kg.
