【Hot Spring / Hot Water Pipe GNGAR】 Insulation and maximum usage temperature of 95℃!
Solving issues such as scale adhesion, corrosion, and heat loss due to water quality! Numerous achievements in hot spring piping and heat supply piping!
GNGAR is an insulated structure pipe primarily used for hot springs and hot water. Nominal diameter: 25–200 Maximum operating temperature: 95℃ 【Features】 ○ The conduit uses cross-linked polyethylene, which has characteristics such as heat resistance and chemical stability. ○ The use of EF sockets made of cross-linked polyethylene eliminates concerns about corrosion, similar to traditional metal fittings. ○ It is a long pipe that has been consistently processed for insulation, installation, and corrosion prevention in the factory. ○ Pipes with a nominal diameter of 100 or less can be delivered to the site as long pipes (tab-wound). ○ The introduction of long pipes allows for labor-saving in construction and shortening of construction periods, leading to cost reductions. ○ It is long and highly flexible, allowing for extension while bending. ○ It is ideal for exposed piping in mountainous areas and for soft ground such as marshes and reclaimed land, and it also has excellent seismic resistance. ○ The outermost layer is coated with low-density polyethylene with added carbon black, providing excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
