Starting with precision cutting of metal pipes, Oba Kiko Co., Ltd. has now become capable of consistent in-house production from pipe manufacturing to elongation, straightening, cutting, and processing. ●Pipe Manufacturing We provide a comprehensive manufacturing service for various metal pipes, specializing in precision stainless steel pipes, particularly in small diameter and thin-walled sizes, including "ultra-fine pipes," "ultra-thin pipes," "honeycomb pipes," and "special-shaped pipes," from small quantities to mass production according to your desired specifications. ●Pipe Processing We offer secondary processing of pipes, including cutting to specified dimensions, deburring, bending, end processing, drilling, slitting, flaring, laser welding, drawing, surface treatment, internal treatment, and more. ●Others We provide secondary processing of pipes, including cutting to specified dimensions, deburring, bending, end processing, drilling, slitting, flaring, laser welding, drawing, surface treatment, internal treatment, and more. ●POF Processing/ASSY Resin Tube Processing Utilizing plastic fiber and our processing technology, we manufacture and develop various sensor heads and light guides. We also apply the techniques cultivated in this process to join, draw, bend, and perform end processing on resin tubes. ●Industrial Endoscope An inexpensive industrial endoscope utilizing plastic image fibers. It is an ideal handheld tool for easily checking gaps, with options for direct and side viewing.
