This is a new double-structured pipe and fitting made from transparent PVC. Please consider it in response to the revised Water Pollution Control Law of June 2012.
As a member of the Kubota Corporation group, we manufacture and sell hard polyvinyl chloride pipes and fittings, as well as polyethylene pipes for water supply as our main products. Since 1952, we have quickly focused on plastics, proposing useful plastic products for a more comfortable daily life and contributing to infrastructure development. Our current main product groups include: 1. Piping pipes centered on hard polyvinyl chloride pipes and fittings, and polyethylene pipes for water supply. 2. Raw sheet materials for food containers and industrial component trays, with materials such as polystyrene, polypropylene, and ABS, allowing for multi-layer extrusion up to three types and five layers. Functional additions can be applied to the surface. 3. ABS and PVC core pipes used for winding cores of optical films. We obtained ISO 9001 certification in 1998 and ISO 14001 certification in 2000, and we strive to ensure the conservation of the global environment through the 3Rs. Additionally, leveraging our many years of experience and knowledge in the plastic processing field, we are also working on developing new businesses through challenges into the unknown. Business Activities
Our "Nihon Pipe Double Pipe and Fittings" are designed to eliminate gaps by integrating the actual pipe and the protective pipe through the combination of newly developed fittings. This prevents any leakage from the actual pipe from flowing out into the protective pipe. By using transparent PVC (TV) for the protective pipe, it allows for visual detection of any leaks. Additionally, a law amending part of the Water Pollution Prevention Act came into effect on June 1, 2012. According to the "Manual on Structure, Inspection, and Management for the Prevention of Groundwater Pollution (1st Edition)" created by the Ministry of the Environment, Water and Air Quality Bureau, Soil Environment Division, Groundwater and Ground Environment Office, it states, "Materials and structures that can prevent the leakage of water containing harmful substances, or structures that can confirm leakage in the event of a leak." P4.1.2(1). The Nihon Pipe Double Pipe and Fittings are piping materials that can meet the needs of customers in compliance with this amended Water Pollution Prevention Act.
