Our company estimates the lifespan of O-ring seals based on the compression set percentage. O-rings are used in a compressed state, and the sealing is achieved through the reaction force of the compressed O-ring. As the O-ring is used in this compressed state, it gradually experiences wear, leading to a decrease in the reaction force. When the amount of wear becomes significant, the sealing function diminishes. The amount of wear (compression) can be evaluated as a percentage of the compression set. We will machine the poka-yoke ring using POM (Delrin) colored material. Due to the properties of the material, we will strive to meet your requirements for tolerances and distortions as closely as possible.

We will machine poka-yoke rings from POM (Delrin) colored materials. Available colors include red, yellow, blue, green, gray, black, and white. We can manufacture them in your preferred color. Poka-yoke devices used in equipment and tooling are often relatively simple in shape, allowing for quick response times in many cases. POM (Delrin, polyacetal) is a well-balanced material among engineering plastics and is also cost-effective, often compared to MC nylon. For mass production using NC lathe machining (Okuma), we calculate the number of parts from bar stock, time the supply of bar stock based on processing time and quantity, and increase machine utilization. The factory operates on "holidays," including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and we can accommodate necessary items right after the holidays upon request. By responding quickly to issues such as unpreventable order omissions or tool breakages, we aim to minimize risks and meet your requests as closely as possible.
