The "Bender Method" is a manufacturing process for metal rings that utilizes cold bending and welding techniques. After cold rolling round steel into long steel materials, it is bent to a specified diameter, then spirally bent and stacked, cut into individual pieces, and welded to form a true circular ring. The yield of raw materials is 95%, resulting in minimal material loss.
