We would like to introduce the "TYPE GL-E (Standard II Type)" of the low-floor guide-less (non-tracked) AGV 'XF-100 Series' handled by Sharp Corporation. The external dimensions are approximately 1,131mm × 480mm × 190mm, with a crawl-in towing weight of 350kg and a maximum travel speed of 40m per minute. We would like to introduce a case where our "Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)" was implemented at Nabe Kiyo Glory Co., Ltd. In the parts warehouse within the factory, staff pick parts such as brackets necessary for assembly according to a list from the design department. However, due to the large number of similar items, skilled proficiency was required to perform the tasks accurately. Based on the know-how gained from weighing color materials, we can propose automation in the material preparation process by integrating Kurasense with the "stirring and defoaming device + automatic weighing device" for "powder weighing" and "liquid weighing."
