You can create anti-dust mite and anti-mosquito seals and cards. Raw material sales are also available.

We can produce original printed anti-dust mite stickers in small quantities using only natural essential oils.

Natural essential oils can be used to produce aroma seals and cards through a method based on the anti-dust mite test method for intrusion prevention. ■ Anti-dust mite data available ■ Original printing is possible on the seal part. ■ Plain white is also acceptable (standard sizes: 29φ, 20φ, 15φ, etc.) ■ Custom sizes and shapes are possible (additional mold costs required) It is also possible to create an original anti-dust mite blend using our company's anti-dust mite blend essential oils. You can blend your favorite scents. Anti-dust mite testing can be conducted. ■ Collaboration with universities for providing to disaster-stricken areas, etc.

Shaft seal (for shaft diameter φ25)

This is a trusted product with over 40 years of proven performance, first introduced to Japan by NJY.

● The stainless ring mounted on the shaft side and the carbon ring pressed by the bellows hose from the stanchion tube create a strong water-tight environment, making it one of the most important parts around the tomo. ● Please be sure to replace it within 2000 hours of use or within 5 years. Also, always check thoroughly for any abnormalities such as water leaks. ● The bellows hose must be filled with water. Always perform "air bleeding" after installation or before operation. For land-based boats, this should be done every time they are launched. (Push the bellows hose towards the propeller side (stern side) to expel a small amount of seawater.) ● The carbon ring integrated into the bellows hose and the stainless ring fixed to the shaft are crimped together to prevent water intrusion. ● The stainless ring contains two O-rings, allowing for a more secure fixation. * Please be sure to replace the shaft seal within 2000 hours of use or within 5 years. * Note: This is a dedicated replacement part only for yachts manufactured by New Japan Yachts.

Mechanical seal

Anything related to shaft seals, seals, gaskets, and pumps! Please consult us for urgent or immediate cases.

We offer a wide variety of "mechanical seals." Our products are highly regarded for their pressure resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, viscosity, corrosion resistance, and rotational performance, and are used in various fields, including chemical plants, pulp plants, and food-related plants. Additionally, we have "dry seals" that do not use sealing liquids, preventing the reduction of product purity due to leakage, as well as "cartridge-type mechanical seals" that can be used with liquids containing slurries. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Mechanical Seals ■ Dry Seals ■ Cartridge-Type Mechanical Seals *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

For various pumps and compressors! Graphlon lip seal.

A seal with features such as high pressure, a wide temperature range, high rotation, and chemical resistance! Made from a specially formulated material, it has high rebound elasticity, eliminating the need for garter springs and similar components!

This product is an excellent seal that can provide high pressure, a wide range of temperatures, high rotation, chemical resistance, and a broad range of operating conditions due to its special manufacturing method using Graphlon. The standard pressure is 5 kg/cm², but it can be sealed up to 25 kg/cm² with a special design. By using a two-stage or three-stage lip structure, it can meet the specifications for vacuum and slurry fluids. 【Features】 - Provides significantly higher pressure resistance compared to rubber material seals - Even with two-stage or three-stage lips, the sealing space required is very minimal - Has the same chemical resistance as PTFE, making it suitable for strong acids, strong alkalis, special solvents, and various fluids - Due to the low friction coefficient of the material, it requires less rotational torque and can withstand peripheral speeds of up to 45 m/sec *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
