Robot simulation

Time reduction on-site is possible! Efficiently conduct parts like experiments and sample tests offline.

"Robot simulation" refers to the process of verifying potential issues on a computer before installing a physical robot system. By understanding and resolving problems related to the overall operation, including the robot and its surrounding equipment, in advance, it is possible to reduce unnecessary costs in operations and shorten delivery times, making it extremely useful. Additionally, on a computer, it is possible to check for interference with surrounding equipment during robot operation, perform offline teaching, and verify the validity of robot programming. [Benefits] - Reduces time on-site - Identifies issues in advance - Lowers the risk of damaging the robot *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Offline teaching/robot simulation

Reduce man-hours by 50%! We will introduce what can be done, when it can be used, the types, and their features.

Teaching a robot refers to "the process of instructing the robot on how to move." Simply purchasing a robot will not make it operate as desired. It is necessary to specify "under what conditions, in what order, and in what posture it should move" in accordance with the production line. There are two main types of robot teaching: 1. Offline Teaching Programming the robot's movements in a location where the robot is not present. 2. Online Teaching Using a tool called a pendant to program directly in front of the actual robot. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. Feel free to contact us for further inquiries.

Response simulation from the frequency domain and time domain of digital signals.

Response waveform analysis of digital patterns using S-NAP/Field and Pro.

By analyzing multilayer substrates using S・NAP-Field, it is possible to analyze not only microwave circuits but also the coupling of digital circuits. To obtain response waveforms, waveform analysis can be performed using S・NAP-Pro based on the S-parameters obtained from S・NAP-Field, allowing for the observation of crosstalk and response waveforms at the waveform level. There are two methods for performing waveform analysis with S・NAP-Pro: one uses either the linear response waveform analysis function or the harmonic balance analysis function, and the other employs the convolution integral method to determine transient responses. Each of these methods has its own characteristics and should be chosen according to the specific objectives. This paper summarizes the overview and points of consideration for these methods. 【Methods】 ○ Extract signal sources present in the circuit ○ Perform Fourier transform on the signal sources, store the values of each spectrum, and create a frequency table ○ Execute AC analysis according to the frequency table created in the previous step, and obtain the spectrum at the observation point ○ Reconstruct waveforms at each observation point based on the spectrum For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Regional simulation

Introducing annual data for a 35-tsubo house that meets certain conditions for electricity rate simulation!

Traditional houses and townhouses are excellent examples of passive design. Design that integrates with the local environment and the quality of design that can be felt through the five senses brings invisible value. On the other hand, comfort and energy efficiency have become relatively easy to achieve with the advent of energy-generating devices and high-efficiency equipment. At OM Solar, we emphasize not only achieving comfort and energy efficiency but also integrating these at a high level with passive design. *For more details, you can view the related links.
