The TPS22975 product family consists of two devices: TPS22975 and TPS22975N. Both devices are single-channel load switches that can configure the rise time to minimize inrush current. This device features an N-channel MOSFET, operates within an input voltage range of 0.6V to 5.7V, and can support a maximum continuous current of 6A. The switch is controlled by an on/off input (ON) and can be directly connected to low-voltage control signals.
